You upload the hand history exactly as PokerStars writes it. Poker Studio reads it line by line, replays it at the table, keeps your thought on the street and files the hand in your list – with everything the stats make of it.

A storage engine of its own, written in Rust, instead of a third-party database.
Your hand database lives on a server in Germany, tied to your account.
Public replayer without login, player names replaced by table positions, with a preview image for any chat.
Your own assistant reads hands, notes and ranges – with the permissions you set.
Seven building blocks. One account.
From import through the replayer and your thoughts to training your own ranges: everything that happens between two sessions, in one place and under one account.
Every hand, grouped by session – filtered right in the column.
Drop your PokerStars files into the window. The list shows every hand with cards, position, board, showdown and result; the stats strip computes over exactly the filter you just set.
- Filters in the column header: every data column filters instantly and sorts
- Card filters for hand, flop, turn and river: exact card, rank, suited, flop suit pattern
- Showdown outcome including split, result threshold in bb
- “Create filter” dialog and filter profiles as quick buttons – also relative, such as “last 7 days”
- Choose your stats: VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, steal, c-bet, WTSD, W$SD, bb/100 …
- Tournament context: bubble, pay jump, final table, ICM values per hand

Every hand again – street by street, at the speed of your thinking.
The table replays the hand: bets, pot, board. Opponents’ cards stay hidden until showdown – the way you lived the hand.
- Play, pause, seek, street tabs, speed
- Timeline, info and your thoughts as tabs alongside
- A thought bubble at Hero’s seat – on the street where you wrote it
- Mark hands with a note, find them again by filter

What you learn today is in front of you tomorrow.
A plan before the session, a short review after. What sticks becomes a maxim – and shows up again in your next plan.
- Thoughts per hand and street
- Session journal: plan, focus points, 3-2-1 review
- Searchable maxims – your own rulebook
- From the journal straight to that day’s hands

Your ranges. Your trainer. No borrowed charts to memorise.
Build your library by format, position and stack depth. The trainer seats you at the table, deals spots from exactly those ranges and grades every decision.
- 13×13 grid with mixed frequencies, paint tool, compare two charts
- Stack bands (e.g. 0–20 bb, 20 bb+) per position
- Range trainer at the table, push/fold drill, review and stats
- Flashcards with spaced repetition (FSRS)

Calculate until it sticks – then without a calculator.
The equity calculator takes a hand or range against up to five opponents, with board and dead cards. The equity trainer quizzes you until you can estimate it in your head.
- Exact or Monte Carlo with stated precision
- Opponent range from the 13×13 grid, presets or your library
- Pot odds, required equity, EV of a call
- Equity trainer with four options or free input

Discuss a hand without typing it out.
One click creates a link on play.poker-studio.org: a public replayer, player names replaced by table positions, the result hidden if you like. In chat it shows a preview image in the replayer look – plus ready-made text in coach notation.
- One link per hand – it stays the same when you update the shared hand
- No login for the recipient, player names replaced by table positions, result optional
- Your thoughts per street travel along
- Overview of all shared hands, links deletable any time

Bring your own assistant.
Poker Studio speaks MCP. Give your AI assistant (e.g. Claude) a token with exactly the permissions you want – and it imports hands, reads your notes, maintains flashcards. For learning after the session, never as help at the table.
- Personal tokens with scopes, revocable any time
- Local MCP server + CLI, remote MCP with OAuth
- OpenAPI description and a ready-made skill
- Every access lands in your audit log

I’m Stefan Maksimek and I build Poker Studio. Until now it has grown behind a closed door. That is not enough. In the closed beta I open the door to a small group – in exchange for honest feedback.
